Sharni Vinson

Sharni Vinson was born in the State of NSW and spent her childhood on the southern beaches in the Sydney suburb Cronulla. As a teenager she took part at a National Level in swimming, with four State records in the high school. Sharni was able to sing, dance and acting at a very young age, becoming the 3rd generation of performers in her family. Her mother performed in musical theater, and her grandmother was Australia's smallest ballerina to be awarded a scholarship by the Borovansky Ballet Company in England. Sharni enrolled at Brent Street School of Performing Arts Sydney when she was 12 years old. Through the following ten months, Sharni was trained to perform in a variety of kinds of dance. at the age of 17, after completing high school, Sharni got signed to Roadshow Music Australia as a member of the all girl group called "Foxfire IV" The group's debut single "Roses," reached the top 50 in the Australian ARIA charts.
